Return & Refund Policy

Every Seaux Essential product is handmade in small batches with care. Because our products are personal care items, all sales are final — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges except in the case of shipping damage, wrong items, or missing items as outlined below.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at angelia@seauxessential.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damaged product

• Clear photos of the outer packaging

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you may choose either a free replacement of the damaged item or store credit equal to the item’s value.

Claims submitted after 3 days, or without the required photos, cannot be approved.

MELTED BODY BUTTERS

Our body butters are made with natural butters and oils, which means they are sensitive to heat and may arrive softened or melted, especially during warmer months.

Melting does not affect the safety, quality, or effectiveness of the product. If your body butter arrives melted, place it in the refrigerator or a cool, dry area for a few hours until it re-solidifies. Please note that the whipped texture may vary slightly after melting and re-solidifying.

Melting in transit is not considered damage and is not eligible for return, replacement, refund, or store credit.

WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS

If we made a mistake and you received the wrong product, or an item from your order is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and any relevant photos.

We will correct the issue at no cost to you by shipping the correct item, shipping the missing item, or issuing store credit when appropriate.

REFUNDS

For approved damaged item claims, you may choose a free replacement or store credit equal to the item’s value — see Damaged on Arrival above.

All other approved refunds are issued as store credit only, valid for 12 months from the date of issue. We do not refund to the original payment method except where required by law.

FINAL SALE

All Seaux Essential products are final sale once shipped, except as described above.

Because each item is handcrafted and considered a personal care product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, scent preference, texture preference, skin sensitivity, allergic reaction, or similar reasons.

We encourage you to review the full ingredient list on each product page before ordering, especially if you have known sensitivities or allergies. We also recommend patch testing before full use.
